Here are the rules of the road while Ring in the southeastern states. City RV Rentals does not allow towing.
FLORIDA: Maximum RV width 102 in.; maximum motorhome length 45 ft.; maximum trailer length 40 ft.; maximum RV height 13.5 ft.; maximum combined length for two vehicles 65 ft. Triple towing is illegal. Riding allowed in truck campers. RV Safety Requirements: Trailers over 3,000 lbs.: trailer brakes, breakaway switch and safety chains. State Driving Laws: Wipers on/headlights on. Right turn on red allowed unless posted otherwise. At least two riders for carpool lanes. Riding allowed in truck campers. Overnight parking in rest areas is not allowed. RV Safety Requirements: One mirror required on all RVs. Over 1,500 lbs.: trailer brakes and safety chain. Overnight parking in rest areas is not allowed. RV Safety Requirements: Trailers over 10,001 lbs., other than fifth-wheel trailers: chains, cable, etc. State Driving Laws: Wipers on/headlights on. Right turn on red (after full stop) is allowed, unless posted otherwise. Front-seat passengers must wear seat belts. Children under 4 yrs. must be in child-restraint safety seats; children 4-6 must use child-restraint safety seats or wear seat belts.
